SVMi-20i software V6.03 is now available.
1. Email gateway audio level is lower than SVMi-20E, so it’s hard to listen in some computers. It’s fixed to normalize the audio level when it converts voice messages to wav files.
2. All timezones are not defined in Email gateway, so some customers cannot select their timezone. It’s fixed email gateway supports all timezones.
3. Remote hold and page did not work because of the bug. It’s fixed. Refer to the ECLASS manual for remote hold and page.
4. Outbound call was allowed in default settings for USA, Korea and some other countries.(It was not allowed for UK and other EU countries). It will not allow outbound call in default settings for all countries to prevent illegal calls.
5. [Italy] If an outside caller leaves a message with no CID, SVMi displays “Public Caller”. It’s translated to “Utente Pubblico”.
6. SVM stops working when it resets often because of snmp bulk request or other reasons. It’s because the block table is broken. It’s improved the block table not to be broken even if the system resets often.
7. SMTP server user id length of MCLASS and SYSTEM PARAMETER was 32 bytes. It’s enough for most users, but not for all users. So, it’s changed to 64 bytes.
8. When SVMi is upgraded from V6.00i to V6.01 or V6.02, it loses personal greetings. It’s fixed.
9. Status screen is not updated sometimes and displays incorrect information. It’s because SVMi sends too much data to DM. It’s fixed.
10. SVMi does not hang up when a caller makes a call to SVM and hang up very quickly. It’s fixed.
