В октябре 2020 года ЗАО "АЛЕЙСКЗЕРНОПРОДУКТ" ИМ.С.Н.СТАРОВОЙТОВА, приобрела УАТС Samsung SCMC
у компании ООО "АйПиГрад".
Была смонтирована, налажена и поставлена в эксплуатацию.
25 марта 2022 года, второй половине дня, произошел сбой системы выразившийся в ее остановке.
Сетевой интерфейс не отвечал а с консольного мы увидели недозагруженную среду ПО.

Лог загрузки выше.
MAC address станции F4:D9:FB:65:02:D9

Далее выяснилось что карты SD имеют сбойные блоки и, вероятно, неисправность памяти NAND
Сама АТС защищена по питанию двойным каскадом ИБП и надежным заземлением что исключает проблемы с электроснабжением.

В настоящий момент крупное предприятие с круглосуточным графиком работы и связанными филиалами в 12 городах осталось без связи полностью.
Просим рассмотреть создавшуюся ситуацию в кратчайшие сроки и предложить решения этой проблемы.

Либо настроили расписание бэкапа настроек и не уследили за алармами о переполнении диска.
Либо записи разговоров стояли и та же история.

Надо чистить диск от хлама. Или сбрасывать настройки в завод, инитить систему и накатывать бэкап.

а как правильно обнулить и заново инсталлировать эту систему? есть там переключатель на плате процессора как на Officeserv? какие файлы должны быт на карте?
