However, to restore ITP-5112L to normal operations, a complete power cycle of OS 7400 is required. (reported by STA)
16. [P090321001] When CC key is assigned in 64B AOM, the call does not ring on the master digital phone. (reported by STA)
- Assign Digital Set with 64 Button AOM on it in MMC 209.
- Assign CC key on 64 Button AOM to another Digital Set.
- Call the other Digital Set and the CC key will flash but never ring on the CC key on the 64B AOM.

When NGT pass word is set to OFF in MMC300 and RTO is set by MACRO Key, RTO does not work because Ring Plan number is recognized as Password.

27. [ALL]System failed to send MWI message to SIP station (reported by SEI)
28. [P090123002 7030/SEI] In case 2BM card is installed in Slave cabinet, if a user tries to send/receive the fax through that BRM card, the fax does not work. (SEI reported)
 Reason : The 2BM Card in installed in the Slave cabinet, the reference clock is not working. By this reason, the fax does not work in the Slave cabinet.
 Result : The reference clock is working in the Slave cabinet.
29. [P090228001] System sends some rough CID name characters in 13th - 15th positions on internal calls (reported by SEI)
30. [P090123004] System must to be restart to make available MGI resources after License has been registered (reported by SEI)

41. [P081024004/7100] MGI Public IP Address does not update after upgrade. (reported by PC) - Fixed in v4.30a
42. When outgoing calls are made via SIP Trunks from either an IP Phone or SIP Phone (Eyebeam) and MPS is activated, there is no speech (Reported by PC).
There was a bug that causes the no voice issue when access codes from 0 to 9 are not registered in MMC832.
43. SPnet calls calls failed with the message ‘No User Response’ displayed on Keyset or ITP phone display (reported by PC)
44. Issues with Kirk SIP DECT system (reported by PC)
- MPS feature is disabled the consultation transfer feature between the DECT handsets (DECT A calls DECT B, and then DECT B consultation transfers the call to DECT C) has no speech. It was caused by some bugs related to codec negotiations.
- Call release / Clear issue for transferred call.
- Transfer recall issue: When a call is blind transferred between DECT SIP stations and is not answered in 60 seconds the call drops instead of recalling to the transferring phone.
- Call back issue : When MPS is active, the Call Back feature fails. (the station with call back set on it does not ring.)
