Reason of Change

1. Urgent is played first
2. DSP10A.BCM is updated to Ver. 1.32
3. Call Record softkey issue is fixed.
4. Startup date and time of System wide parameter is fixed

Details of Change

1. Urgent message was not played first, but it is fixed.
2. BICOM’s DSP sw(DSP10A.BCM) is updated from V1.27 to V1.32. It’s fixed to correct some glitch problem when making a product.
3. Soft Key can be used for Call Record, and even caller press digit during the conversation record, it doesn’t disconnect any more.
4. Startup date and time of System wide parameter showed incorrect time, but it is fixed
5. SVMi-8E is now able to support 2 digits extensions and mailboxes in default.
